How to Order
You can place an order with us via Facebook, phone, or on our website. To avoid situations where a customer pays first but the final order changes (due to stock availability or weight/size variation), we only collect payment after we have confirmed your order.
Step 1: Send us your order
- Option 1: Facebook (inbox)
- Option 2: Phone call / message
- Option 3: Website order (your order will be marked as “Pending Confirmation”)
Please provide: your name, phone number, delivery address, item list + quantity, and your preferred delivery date.
Step 2: We check stock and confirm your order
Because seafood availability, size and weight can change daily, we will check stock and contact you to confirm: available items, quantities, weight (for per-kg items), and the estimated total.
Step 3: Pay after confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you can pay by bank transfer. We do not request payment before confirmation to minimise order changes and avoid unnecessary refunds.
Step 4: We prepare and deliver
After payment is received, we prepare your order and arrange delivery based on the agreed schedule. We will contact you again with an estimated delivery time window.
Step 5: After-delivery support
If there is any issue (missing items, wrong items, damaged items), please contact us, preferably by phone, 077 0470 8888 as soon as possible so we can resolve it immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Price & totals: For items sold by weight, the final total is based on actual weight at the time of packing on the day of delivery. We will clearly confirm this with you before payment.
