We always aim to pack orders cleanly, securely, and with proper temperature support so your seafood arrives in the best possible condition.
1. Packing:
- Items are separated and sealed to maintain hygiene and minimise leakage.
- Fresh seafood is tightly packed in suitable insulated boxes/containers.
- We use cooling materials (flake ice, ice gel and ice packs where appropriate) to support temperature control during transit.
- For items that may leak or have a stronger scent, we add extra sealing and padding to protect the rest of the order.
2. Order Preparation:
- Once your order has been confirmed and your payment is received, we will prepare your items according to the agreed delivery schedule.
- Some fresh products may vary slightly in size/weight. We will confirm clearly before finalising.
- Frozen produce are boxed and sealed.
3. Delivery:
- Delivery is arranged based on our delivery routes, and we will provide an estimated delivery time window where possible.
- Please keep your phone available so we can contact you when arriving to deliver your order.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid delays or misdelivery.
4. Upon Delivery:
- Please receive your order promptly when the driver arrives to maintain product quality.
- Store items in the fridge or freezer immediately depending on the product type.
- If there is any issue (missing items, incorrect items, or packaging affected during transit), please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
5. Important Notes:
- We pack carefully and do our best to maintain temperature throughout delivery. However, product quality also depends on timely handover and proper storage after delivery.
- If you require delivery at a specific time, please let us know before the order is confirmed so we can check availability.
